We see a cup of coffee in which the coffee is rotating as if somebody just poured sugar in it, stirred and left. Somebody Left represents the constant repetition of a simple and recognizable act that symbolizes the passage of time with a feeling of attachment and loneliness.
Drinking coffee we like to do, after all, with someone else. Just the smell of coffee makes us think of friends, family, or our beloved; the person with whom we like to drink coffee, but also those with whom we have ever drank coffee. The infinite movement of 'Somebody Left' also lurks the loss, which is inextricably linked to being together. The coffee moves by itself, the other is not there. This feeling of absence makes us realize how much a cherished one manifest itself in the smallest things of our everyday life.
