This neon is related to Yael Bartana's project experimental documentary project "What if Women Ruled the World". Following Kubrick's apocalyptic ending of Dr. Strangelove, this project hypothesises on matriarchy: an imaginary condition in which women rule the world, make decisions, and seek solutions to humanity's most urgent problems. The project first part of the project will premiere during Manchester International Festival in 2017.
